My stay at the hotel was quite a mixed bag. On one hand, the charming ambience was impressive, and the staff were attentive to my needs. On the other hand, the room I was in was very disappointing, especially given the price paid. The experience felt more like a 3-star hotel at times, particularly regarding the dining and facilities.

I was placed in a basement room that had a small strip of artificial grass but was mostly just a big wall blocking any kind of view. The room had a lingering smell of dampness from the carpet which really affected the whole experience. The jacuzzi jets weren't working, which added to my disappointment.
